崗位職責/職位描述
確保為客人提供高水準的服務，根據酒店標準問候抵店客人，為住店客人/餐飲客人/店外客人提供相關禮賓服務店外客人提供相關禮賓服務，迎送離店客人. 提供所有行李協助。
Serve the guests in the most hospitable manner; all guests arriving to the hotel will be welcomed. Bid farewell to all departing guests in the most courteous and professional manner. Provide all Concierge related services to in-house guests, F&B patrons and visitors. Provide luggage deliveries and assistance.
