【崗位職責?Job Description】
1． 負責對指定設備的正常運行和維修保養。
? ?Responsible for specified equipment’s normal operation and maintenance.
2． 負責日常的機械設備和廚房的修理工作。
??? Responsible for mechanical and kitchen equipment maintenance work.
3． 準確記錄、保管設備運行記錄表。
Accurate records of the equipment operation record chart.
4． 將更換下來的零、部件交還工程部庫房。
Return the replacement parts to the engineering store.
5． 隨時將日常異常情況匯報至機械維修工主管或值班工程師。
?? Keep daily exception reports to the supervisor or duty engineer.??
6． 保持工作區的整潔。
Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
7． 上班時間衣著制服。
Wear a uniform at work.
8． 遵守安全操作規程及規章制度。
Abide by the safety operation standard.
9． 遵守飯店其它規章制度。

【崗位要求?Job Requirements】
1.高中以上文化程度;2年以上同崗位工作經驗。
