Shangri-La Yiwu 義烏香格里拉
Shangri-La Yiwu is located in the city's landmark building—the Yiwu World Trade Center, at the heart of the financial and business district. It is a multifunctional urban complex integrating residential, commercial, office, retail, and entertainment spaces. Floors 9 to 38 of Shangri-La Yiwu feature luxurious guest rooms (with a minimum floor area of 48㎡) and comprehensive serviced apartments (with a minimum floor area of 72㎡). Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Yiwu River and the International Trade City from their windows.

We are currently looking for a?Service Leader – Housekeeping (Floor)?to join our team.

As a Service Leader – Housekeeping (Floor), we rely on you to:
1. Responsible for coordinating and supervising all floor staff to ensure the completion of all assigned work items.
2. Deal with emergencies, incidents, guest complaints and special situations occurring in various positions and regions on the day.
3. Check that the public areas on the floor and fire facilities and equipment are clean and in good condition to avoid and eliminate all kinds of unsafe hidden dangers.
4. Strengthen the management of statistics, statements and summary reports in the management area to ensure the accuracy of inventory count.
5. Check all records and control the consumption of alcohol, room supplies and cleaning appliances for guests.
6. In accordance with the standards, guidelines and policies formulated by Shangri-La Group and local hotels, inspect and supervise the work implementation of employees, the implementation of work standards, the appearance and behavior of waiters, and correct problems in time.

We are looking for someone who:
1.Minimum two years’ experience in an International class Hotel；
2.Basic knowledge of Housekeeping operation；
3.Good health, able to work under pressure；
4. Self-motivated and good team player.
5. Meticulous in work and strong sense of responsibility.

工作概述：
1.負責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)、督導(dǎo)所有樓層員工，確保完成被賦予的所有工作項目。
2.處理緊急事故、事件、客人投訴及當(dāng)天各崗位、各區(qū)域發(fā)生的特殊情況。
3.檢查樓層公共區(qū)域和消防設(shè)施設(shè)備清潔完好，避免和消除各種不安全的隱患。
4.加強管理對本管理區(qū)內(nèi)的各種統(tǒng)計、報表、匯總報告，確保各項盤點工作準確無誤。
5.檢查各項記錄，控制客用酒水和客房用品及清潔用具的用量。
6.按照香格里拉集團及本地酒店所制定的標準、方針、政策，檢查監(jiān)督員工工作的執(zhí)行情況，工作標準的落實情況，服務(wù)員儀容儀表和行為規(guī)范，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時糾正。

1. 有2年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
2. 有樓層詳細操作的基本知識；
3.身體健康，能承受工作壓力；
4. 積極主動，善于團隊合作。
