Shangri-La Yiwu 義烏香格里拉
Shangri-La Yiwu is located in the city's landmark building—the Yiwu World Trade Center, at the heart of the financial and business district. We are currently looking for a?Service Leader-Stewarding?to join our team.

As a?Service Leader-Stewarding, we rely on you to:
1. Communicated with the purchasing department according to the inventory of tableware in each restaurant, proposed the purchase plan of utensils, and ensured the timely replenishment of tableware.
2. Checked and managed the use of tableware at each point, analyzed the causes of wastage, and put forward suggestions for reducing wastage.
3.Ensure cleanliness and order of all stewarding stores (labelling etc).
4. Ensure that staffs are equipped with the proper knowledge and equipment in order for them to work efficiently.
5.Assigns and delegates daily work and tasks to staff.

We are looking for someone who:
1. Have a strong sense of responsibility, work seriously and sureness.
2. Familiar with the brand, origin, characteristics and price of various tableware, and know the classification and storage method of tableware.
3. Familiar with the use of various detergents and cleaners, familiar with the common dishwashing equipment and its operation methods, and understand their maintenance methods.
4. Be healthy and energetic.
5. Minimum of 2 year experience in similar capacity;

工作概述：
1.根據各餐廳餐具的盤點情況，負責于采購部門溝通，提出器具購置計劃，保證及時補充餐具用具。
2.檢查和管理各點餐具的使用情況，分析造成損耗的原因，提出降低損耗的建議。
3. 保證所有管事部存貨的干凈和整潔（標簽等）。
4.保證員工具備相關的專業知識和設備，使他們有效工作。
5.負責分配、安排員工每日的工作。

1.有較強的責任心,工作認真踏實。
2.熟悉各種餐具用具的牌號、產地、特性及價格，懂得餐具用具的分類和保管方法。
3.熟悉各種洗滌劑和清潔劑的使用方法，熟悉常用的餐具洗滌設備及其操作方法，了解它們的維修保養方法。
4.身體健康，精力充沛。
5. 至少 2 年相關類似經驗。
