Shangri-La Yiwu 義烏香格里拉
Shangri-La Yiwu is located in the city's landmark building—the Yiwu World Trade Center, at the heart of the financial and business district. We are currently looking for a?Service Associate -Life Guard?to join our team.

As a Service Associate -Life Guard, we rely on you to:
1. Be responsible for the absolute safety of guests swimming, inspect the dynamics of swimmers in the pool frequently, deal with the drowning victims promptly, do a good job in rescue work and timely report to leaders.
2. Do a good job in cleaning the site every day.
3. Responsible for testing and maintaining the water quality of the swimming pool and the environmental hygiene of the swimming place.
4. Concentrate on work, and do not chat with irrelevant personnel. The lifeguard shall not be empty, and irrelevant personnel shall not enter the pool.
5. Watch the pool frequently. Pay attention to the movements of swimmers to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of guests. Technical instructions may be given to those who cannot swim.
6. Check the changing room regularly to eliminate hidden dangers.

We are looking for someone who:
1. Familiar with swimming pool service knowledge, swimming and lifesaving first aid technology, swimming sanitation and disinfection knowledge, and obtaining lifesaving certificate.
2. Can work independently according to the quality standard of service work specification.
3. Ability to perform first aid in water and manual rescue on land.
4. Dignified appearance, love hotel work, good communication skills, good management and coordination skills.
5. Detail-oriented and responsible.

工作概述：
1、負責賓客游泳的絕對安全、勤巡視池內泳者的動態，發現溺水者要迅速處理，做好搶救工作并及時向領導報告。
2、認真做好每天的清場工作。
3、負責游泳池水質的測驗和保養及游泳場地的環境衛生。
4、上班集中精神，不得與無關人員閑談，救生臺不得空崗，無關人員不得進入池面。
5、勤在泳池邊觀察。注意游泳者的動向，防止發生意外，保證賓客的安全。對不會游泳者可作技術指導。
6、定時檢查更衣室，杜絕隱患。

崗位要求：
1.熟悉游泳池服務知識、掌握游泳和救生急救技術，懂得游泳衛生消毒知識，取得救生證書。
2.能按服務工作規范的質量標準獨立進行工作。
3.有在水中進行急救和在陸地上進行人工救護的能力。
4.儀表端莊，熱愛酒店工作，善于交際，具有較好的管理和協調能力。
5.注重細節，工作有責任心。
