Shangri-La Yiwu 義烏香格里拉
Shangri-La Yiwu is located in the city's landmark building—the Yiwu World Trade Center, at the heart of the financial and business district. It is a multifunctional urban complex integrating residential, commercial, office, retail, and entertainment spaces. Floors 9 to 38 of Shangri-La Yiwu feature luxurious guest rooms (with a minimum floor area of 48㎡) and comprehensive serviced apartments (with a minimum floor area of 72㎡). Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Yiwu River and the International Trade City from their windows.

We are currently looking for a Service Manager- HSKP (Floor) to join our team.

1. To have complete knowledge of the Shangri-La’s Quality Standards, Service Standards and Group Specifications..
2. Ensures all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s policies and procedures
3. Maintains and enforces all quality and service standards and procedures for Housekeeping Services.
4. Ensures staff are trained to understand and compete all common requests.
5. Ensures communication with Div/ Dept. and Section Heads is open and productive.
6. Performs any other duties or tasks as assigned by Hotel or Division Management

1. Physically fit / Has a reasonable standard of oral and written? English.
