Shangri-La Yiwu 義烏香格里拉
Shangri-La Yiwu is located in the city's landmark building—the Yiwu World Trade Center, at the heart of the financial and business district. It is a multifunctional urban complex integrating residential, commercial, office, retail, and entertainment spaces. The main tower stands at an impressive height of 215 meters, a playful nod to the Chinese homophone "Ai Yiwu" (Love Yiwu). Facing the Yiwu International Trade City (Phase 1) across the street, Shangri-La is also adjacent to the International Expo Center and Meihu Stadium.
Floors 9 to 38 of Shangri-La Yiwu feature luxurious guest rooms (with a minimum floor area of 48㎡) and comprehensive serviced apartments (with a minimum floor area of 72㎡). Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Yiwu River and the International Trade City from their windows.

We are currently looking for a Service Associate – FO (Horizon Club) to join our team.
?
1. Is familiar with all happening in the hotel, arrivals, departures and see-offs of guests staying in-house.
2. Checks all “Profile of Guest Preference” requests and preferences are acted upon prior to guests’ arrival.
3. Assists in setting up the service counters and table setting for breakfasts and evening happy hours.
4. Ensures the Lounge as well as buffet area are kept clean and tidy at all times throughout the day.
5. Assists guests in airline reservation/confirmation, transmitting faxes, handling of messages, transportation arrangements, city tours, restaurant reservation.
6. Maintain a record of guest feedback and takes remedial action to resolve problems.
7. Ensures to communicate to other department pertaining to guest complains and guest request.
8. Assumes other duties as assigned by the Horizon Club Manager

1. Has a ?good grasp of both written and spoken English
2. Communication skills

4. Knowledge of computer

4. 確保酒廊和自助餐區域始終保持干凈整潔。
5. 幫助客人確認預定機票,收發傳真,處理信息,安排交通,城市旅游,飯店預定。
6. 做好客人反饋的記錄,并且通過補救行為來解決問題。
7. 與其他部門溝通,確保客人的投訴和要求得到及時回復。
8. 完成豪華閣經理安排的其他任務。
