Serve banquet functions
服務宴會功能廳
- Responsible for tables and buffet set ups
- 負責餐桌和自助臺的布置
- Ensure all linen, Chinaware, glassware, silverware are always clean, polished and free of wear and tear
- 確保所有布草、瓷器、玻璃器皿、銀器處于干凈、光亮無磨損的狀態
- Clear tables and buffets using trays and bus stations
- 使用托盤和餐車清理餐桌和自助臺
- Notify Banquet Service Manager should discrepancies arise
- 在出現差異時及時通知宴會廳經理
- Notify management in the case of excessive alcohol consumption
- 當有個別賓客過度飲酒時及時告知管理層
- Attend daily operation briefings to ensure smooth workflow by staying informed regarding assigned
- tasks and expected outcome
- 參加每日例會熟知工作任務和預期結果以確保工作順利開展
- Resolve guests’ complaints effectively in a professional manner
- 以專業的態度有效解決賓客的投訴
- Food and beverage items are stored properly, according to hotel standards
- 根據酒店標準正確存放餐飲設施
- Ensure safe handling, use and storage of all equipment by training staff on proper handling procedure. Report all breakage to the Chief Steward
- 根據正確的處理流程培訓員工以確保正確處理、使用和存儲所有設備。任何破損都應立即通知管事經理Ensure all store rooms and linen rooms are in a neat and clean manner at all times.
- 確保所有庫房和布草間始終處于干凈整潔的狀態
- Control and monitor access to Audio Visual equipment to assure proper use, handling and storage. Report any broken or damaged equipment to the F&B Director.
- 嚴格控制影音設備的使用權，保證器材始終得到正確和安全的使用、操作和存放。任何設備破損或損壞應立即通知餐飲總監。
