?? Administer all other benefits related activities, handle all hotel member's social insurance and housing fund.
-? 準(zhǔn)備意外事故報(bào)告和報(bào)銷事宜。
?? Prepare accidents reports and reimbursements.

?? Be aware of local labor laws and rules.

?? Responsibility for check hotel attendance record.

?? Responsibility for hotel associates C&B data
-? 處理政府需要的外籍勞務(wù)的相關(guān)文件。
?? Processes papers required by the government for expatriates for special functions.

崗位要求/Job Requirements
-? 具備2年以上國(guó)際五星級(jí)同等崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
???Minimum of 2 year experience in 5-star Hotel as in same position
-? 熟練的英語口語及書面表達(dá)能力
?? Oral and written fluency in English
-? 對(duì)人事政策程序有深入的了解
?? Have a good knowledge of personnelpolicies & procedures
-? 熟悉當(dāng)?shù)厣绫！⒐e金、工傷等流程的處理
