職位說明 Job Description:


1. 支持市場銷售總監(jiān)的市場銷售策略計劃,按計劃執(zhí)行并據(jù)市場變化建議調(diào)整。

Support DOSM Sales and Marketing strategies and plan, implement the plan, give suggestions and make adjustments as per markets trends.?


2. 清楚地了解部門和個人銷售目標(biāo)。

To know clearly the hotel and individual sales targets.


3. 監(jiān)控銷售獎勵計劃,及時了解個人業(yè)績表現(xiàn)。

Supervise Sales Incentive Plan, understand personal updated performance.?


4. 對所負(fù)責(zé)的市場區(qū)域不斷深入開拓及挖掘,并將開拓結(jié)果向銷售總監(jiān)匯報。

Deeply develop? and explorer new potential markets for Sales responsible area and report the results and performance to Director of Sales.


5. 經(jīng)市場銷售總監(jiān)授權(quán)代表酒店參加總部及各類銷售及市場推廣活動,為酒店尋找更多的業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會。

On behalf of hotel to attend Hotel group and various sales & marketing activities as agreed by DOSM, to find potential business for the hotel.?


6. 協(xié)助有效銷售工作的進(jìn)行,確保對于潛在客戶的全面覆蓋,跟進(jìn)的高效實(shí)行,以期完成銷售指標(biāo)。

Assist in implementation of effective sales system and procedures that ensure efficient execution of all potential coverage, follow-up and tracing of leads, to ensure meet sales targets.


7.每日按計劃高效走訪客戶并追蹤結(jié)果,以期在客房及餐飲上為酒店尋求更多的業(yè)務(wù)。

Arrange daily effective sales activities and sales results to assigned accounts, to ensure to solicit business for the hotel for both rooms and food & beverage.


8. 與潛在客人保持良好的關(guān)系以期將來為酒店帶來更多業(yè)務(wù)。??

Entertain to build rapport with potential customers and to obtain future leads for the Hotel.


9. 每周、每月與市場銷售總監(jiān)、銷售總監(jiān)進(jìn)行客戶產(chǎn)量回顧,并根據(jù)回顧結(jié)果采取必要措施,保證完成各項(xiàng)銷售指標(biāo)。

To conduct "Account Productivity" weekly monthly review with DOS, DOSM together and take corrective action when necessary to sales targets.?

10. 確保對于競爭者動向的時時關(guān)注, 并在市場銷售總監(jiān)的監(jiān)控下更新銷售策略,以確保完成各項(xiàng)銷售指標(biāo)。?

Ensures complete awareness by sales team on competitor's activities at all times and updates sales strategies with supervision of DOSM to ensure to meet sales targets.?


11. 支持各種形式的交叉銷售。

Support all kinds of cross selling.?


12. 確保對于主要客戶來訪的接待工作及時而專業(yè)。

Ensure to provide professional hotel site inspection to major clients.


13. 按相關(guān)政策和規(guī)定及時回復(fù)客戶需求。

Responds to all ccorrespondences and inquiries of leads within the time limit set according to the policy & procedure.??


14. 確保以專業(yè)的方式與客人互動,關(guān)注客戶的需求及反饋。

To ensure Interact and attend to guest request, concerns and feedback in a professional manner.


15. 確保向客人提供最精確最更新的信息。

To ensure to provide guests with the most accurate and up to date information at all times.?


16. 確保及時記錄所有客戶的銷售拜訪活動,包括客戶信息的更新,產(chǎn)量追蹤,客戶動向等。

Review and upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts).


17. 與所有有潛力的客戶見面,了解他們的需求,并跟進(jìn)相關(guān)需求的落實(shí)實(shí)施,以期將潛力客戶轉(zhuǎn)型為簽約客戶。

Meets with all potential clients to understand their needs, take actions as per the requirements, try to? develop these accounts to be contracted accounts.?


18. 確保與酒店各部門員工及所有客戶保持良好的相互溝通和合作關(guān)系。

To ensure maintain good inter communication and good working relations with all departments and all external contacts.?


19. 提供售后服務(wù),認(rèn)真對待客戶所有投訴,在必要時與相關(guān)部門進(jìn)行溝通。

To provide after-sales service in particular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with respective department when necessary.


20. 在銷售總監(jiān)的監(jiān)督下,履行酒店賦予的職責(zé)。

To perform duties within the framework defined by the hotel as supervised by the Director of Sales.?


21. 向銷售總監(jiān)提交每周和每月銷售計劃及報告。

To prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports required to the Director of Sales.


22. 參加由市場銷售總監(jiān)每周召開的市場銷售會議,以檢驗(yàn)和評估市場開拓業(yè)績, 并向市場銷售總監(jiān)針對細(xì)分市場的開拓提出建議,以期為酒店帶來最多業(yè)績。

Participate in weekly sales and marketing meeting to review and evaluate on performance, pricing grid, sales strategies and distribution strategies and make necessary adjustments to increase business for the hotel with maximum results.


23. 每天參加客房銷售部、市場銷售部的溝通會,監(jiān)控競爭對手市場動態(tài),跟進(jìn)情況, 并分享相關(guān)信息。

Attend daily room sales team communication meeting and S&M daily briefing to review on daily sales activities, job follow up results, and share marketing information.
