Position Overview 崗位概述:
Pastry DCDP is responsible for production of the highest quality products. Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company guidelines. Support a departmental culture of motivation, team spirit and creativity.

The Role 崗位職責:
Produce pastries, cakes, desserts, chocolates, petit fours and ice cream and ensure that they are in compliance with the prescribed recipes and specifications.
在生產糕點,蛋糕,甜品,巧克力,小吃和冰淇淋的過程中確保它們符合規定的配方和規范。
Understand the basic philosophy of the company. Implement and energize the company philosophy in their daily work.?
了解公司的基本理念,執行公司理念灌輸到日常的工作當中。
Determine the required mise-en-place according to the menu orders.
確保備餐所需的食材都是根據菜單的訂單。
Check the store requisitions prepared by subordinates. Ensure that the received products meet the predetermined quality and purchasing specifications.
檢查下屬按庫房領料單領料,確保收到的貨品符合預定的質量和采購規范
Monitor the supply of food items and review wastage for appropriate adjustment in future preparation.?
監控所有供應的食物和審查適當調節損耗。
Ensure the proper handling and storage of food so as to keep spoilage to a minimum.?
確保適當的處理和儲存的食物,把損壞降到最低。
Ensure that the workstations are clean and sanitized and prepare safety procedures are observed by the cooks at all times.?
確保中作臺的清潔和消毒,留心觀察下級們按安全程序備餐。
Ensure that all operating equipment is in good working conditions and advise supervisor to raise repair and maintenance request when necessary.?
確保所有操作設備處于良好的工作狀態和建議上級必要時提出維修和維護的要求。
Prepare the framework of training programs for new colleague and trainees and review the training progress and schedule.?
準備給新員工培訓項目的框架和廚師培訓和復習培訓進度。
Assist supervisor in creating new dishes and arranging sample tasting for management.?
協助上級管理創新菜單和安排樣品品嘗。
Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by supervisor.
執行上級主管分配的其他任何相關職責。
Criteria 候選人要求:
1. have fine dining restaurant or plate dessert pastry experience, French dessert experience is preferred.
擁有高級餐廳甜品工作經驗或是豐富的盤式甜品制作經驗,精通法式甜品將被優先考慮
2. have at least one year of same position experience
