Position Overview 崗位概述:
Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible for producing the highest-quality products, supervising the colleague to work efficiently, striving to control overtime and maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company guidelines.?
餅房廚師主管負責生產高品質的產品,監督員工高效率工作,控制加班時間,按照公司的指導方針保持衛生和安全標準。
The Role 崗位職責:
1.????? Produce pastries, cakes, desserts, chocolates, petit fours and ice cream and ensure that they are in compliance with the prescribed recipes and specifications.
在生產糕點,蛋糕,甜品,巧克力,小吃和冰淇淋的過程中確保它們符合規定的配方和規范。
2.????? Understand the basic philosophy of the company. Implement and energize the company philosophy in their daily work.
了解公司的基本理念,執行公司理念灌輸到日常的工作當中。
3.????? Assist in keeping record on stock level and store all semi-finished and finished bakery products properly so as to keep spoilage to a minimum.
協助保持庫存量的記錄和儲存所有半成品以及面包店的成品,把損壞率降到合理范圍。
4.????? Inspect and maintain all operating equipment in good working conditions and advise supervisor to raise repair and maintenance request when necessary.
檢查和維護所有操作設備以及建議主管在必要時進行修理和維護。
5.????? Keep the work stations clean and sanitize and follow proper safety procedures at all time.
保持工作臺的清潔和消毒工作并遵循正規的安全程序。
6.????? Assist in creating new types of pastries products and desserts.
協助創新糕點產品和甜點。
7.????? Perform any other related duties when assigned by manager.

Criteria 候選人要求:
1. English could be his/her working language
英文可以作為工作語言
2. have fine dining restaurant or plate dessert pastry experience, French dessert experience is preferred.
擁有高級餐廳甜品工作經驗或是豐富的盤式甜品制作經驗,精通法式甜品將被優先考慮
3. have at least one year of same position experience
