Position Overview 崗位概述:
The role, which is based in China executes and supports all phases of business development including identifying prospects, site evaluation analysis, preparing market feasibility and financial analysis, reports and presentations for internal use or for the bidding or tendering process, preparing initial commercial documentation, negotiation and finalizing of all MOUs/LOIs and management agreements with legal counsel and other transactions. This position reports to Vice President, Business Development.

The Role 崗位職責:
Prepare opportunity assessment reports for each lead within China. Conduct research, and evaluate market data and project brief, to analyze feasibility of the project.

Liaise with potential owners, developers and consultants on obtaining new leads and gathering more information related to new leads.

Travel as needed to see potential sites, meet with Owners/Developers for a brand pitch/presentation.

Draft commercial documents related to every project such as Letter of Intent, NDA, Expression of Interest and work with the legal team on reviewing and commenting on Definitive Agreements during the discussion and negotiation phase for every project within China.

Maintain a network with other industry peers to source data and be well informed of market trends, opportunities and risks within the China market.

Develop presentations, proposals and pitch materials in connection to each business development opportunity and project within China.

Manage the underwriting of each project, including gathering and synthesizing critical market and competitive data. Perform financial analysis (together with key assumptions supported by underlying market research), and prepare related presentations to present results.

Work with Head of Development in China and VP of Business Development to develop and support strategic business development plan and budget within China with a view to promote securing hotel management contracts.

Manage business development tools (collaterals, templates, database, conferences etc.). Work with other members of the BD Team to seek continuous improvement in our business development tools to improve prospecting, deal flow, deal assessment and quality of work.

Work and liaise with Technical Services team and other internal teams as necessary to research and develop hotel programming, site analysis and construction cost for each project.

Attend networking events and conferences as needed, to network and source for new leads and opportunities.

Criteria 候選人要求:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, finance or real estate
酒店管理、商務、金融或房地產專業本科及以上學歷
Must be a highly motivated individual with ability to multi-task effectively
工作積極性高,具備高效處理多項工作任務的能力
Organized and ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision

A good team player with approachable character, positive attitude and strong ownership

Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar profile or position either within another Hotel Chain, Hotel Consultancy or within an Asset Management or Investment profile within a Real Estate Developer or Hospitality Investment Fund/Company.
擁有至少 3 年相關工作經驗,曾任職于其他連鎖酒店、酒店咨詢公司,或在房地產開發商、酒店投資基金 / 公司擔任資產管理、投資相關崗位
Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English

Proficient in MS Office applications

Very strong Excel modeling skills

Strong PowerPoint presentation development skill set
