Position Overview 崗位概述:

Baker is responsible for producing the highest qualified breads. Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company guidelines. Support a departmental culture of motivation, team spirit and creativity.

The Role 崗位職責:

Baker should operate the equipment in the bakery according to the standard, such as oven, mixer, wake-up box, noodle machine, etc

面包房員工應按標準操作餅房內設備,如:烤箱、攪拌機、醒發箱、分面機器等。

Familiar with all the raw materials in the bakery.

熟悉面包房所有的原材料。????????????????

Ensure that personal hygiene meets standard.

確保個人衛生標準達標。????????

It is better to master the basic dough making methods and moulding techniques and knowledge of French baguette bread, croissants, hamburgers, etc.

掌握法棍面包、牛角包、漢堡等產品的基本面團制作方法及成型手法和知識。

Assist on-duty supervisors in the processing work.

?協助當班主管或領班人員進行當天的加工工作。????????

Assist in the production of pastries, cakes, desserts, chocolates, petit fours and ice cream and ensure that they are in compliance with the prescribed recipes and specifications.

協助生產糕點,蛋糕,甜品,巧克力,小吃和冰淇淋并確保它們符合規定的配方和規范。

Inspect and maintain all operating equipment in good condition and advise supervisor to raise repair and maintenance request when necessary.

檢查和維護所有操作設備在良好的工作環境以及建議主管在必要時進行修理和維護。

Perform any other related duties when assigned by supervisor.
