Position Overview 崗位概述:
Take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve beverages and food ordered courteously and efficiently. Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment. Assist headwaiter & Supervisor to make the job excellent.
高效禮貌的為客人點單,為其服務所點的食物和酒水。協助餐廳和設施設備的維護。協助領班及主管更好的完成工作。
This postion is based at the Michelin Restaurant Le Comptoir de Pierre Gagnaire.

The Role 崗位職責:
1.????? Maintain complete knowledge of restaurant capacity, layout, and operation hours.
完全了解餐廳的座位數,整體布局和營業時間。
2.????? Knowledge on all F&B sold. (cooking method, ingredients, duration etc.)
完全了解餐飲部的產品(烹飪方法,配料,烹飪時間等)。
3.????? Complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
完全掌握設施設備的保養維護與使用
4.????? Comply with all departmental policies/service procedures.
遵守各個部門的規章制度和服務流程
5.????? Complete opening & closing side duties as assigned.
完全掌握指定開檔收擋的工作內容
6.????? Organize assigned station and ensure readiness prior to guest arrival.
客人就餐之前,工作臺應準備就緒
7.????? Review daily specials, sold out items throughout the shift.
了解全天的每日特選和售罄的產品
8.????? Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
提前預知顧客的需求,及時回應客人。
9.????? Be familiar with all services, local attractions to respond to guest inquiries.
應熟悉各種服務,能為客人提供當地特色的訊息
10.?? Complete all closing reports as assigned and leave duty after reporting to supervisor.
完成當天所有工作,下班應告知主管
11.????? Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule.
嚴格執行維修計劃和清潔表格
12.????? To attend all training course organized by hotel or department
積極參加酒店和部門組織的各種培訓
13.????? introduce the menu both in Chinese and English
用中文和英文為客人介紹菜單。
