崗位職責/職位描述
To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service available in sections appointed.具備有關指定部門的食品/酒水/服務方面的所有知識。
Ensure that SLIM and Hotel standards and policies are explained to staff, and are correctly applied.確保向員工說明集團總部和飯店的各項標準及規定，并保證這些標準和規定的正確實施。
Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed (restaurants / banquet / beverage - as applicable).監督并確保指定部門（根據各餐廳/宴會部/酒水的不同情況）的順利運營· ? ? ? ??
Maintain consistency in quality of food / beverage / service / cleanliness of sections appointed.始終如一地保持指定餐廳的食品/酒水/服務/清潔度。
Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction.在運營中不斷地收集客人的反饋意見，以確保令客人喜出望外。
Handles minor complaints and reports them to the manager or asst. manager for proper action處理客人的細小投訴，并向經理或副經理匯報，以便采取正確行動；
Check cleanliness of sections prior and after service為客人提供服務之前或之后，檢查本部門的清潔情況。
Ensure co-operation and smooth communication between staff in sections appointed and other departments確保指定部門員工與其他部門員工之間的合作 和交流
Checks staff punctuality, grooming and performance檢查員工的考勤準時，個人儀表和形象。
Enforces staff motivation and team building 提高員工的積極性，加強團隊建設。
Conduct staff training when required根據需要對員工進行培訓。· Assists in any other tasks as specified by his/her supervisor協助完成上級指定的工作任務。
CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED 要求
- 大專以上文化程度
- 2年以上同崗位工作經驗- 精通業務知識，熟練掌握技能技巧
- 具有較強的領導能力
- 具有食品安全知識
