崗位職責/職位描述
The Lifeguard is responsible for the day to day safety & operation of the swimming pools and to assist in the fitness, activities and general attendant duties in the Health Club areas. This includes the safety, cleanliness and maintenance duties and activities performed in and around the pool area.
救生員主要是負責每日游泳池的安全和運作，以及完成健身中心區域每日的職責，包括人身安全，和按程序清潔和保養泳池區域。
l Responsible for operations of the swimming pools, deck areas, tennis & gymnasium and to assist in all aspects of the Health Club Department.
負責游泳池、泳池畔、網球和健身房的運轉，以及幫助
維護健身中心部門的外部設備。
l Responsible for organization and cleaning of the areas of responsibility as per the policy and procedure.
按照程序組織和清潔所負責的區域。
l Ensure the temperature of the Jacuzzi and Swimming Pool remains consistent and set at the correct temperature.
確保浴池、游泳池的溫度始終與所制定的溫度保持
一致。
l Responsible to ensure sufficient supply of amenities and linens in Swimming Pool areas.
負責確保泳池區域備品和布草的充足。
l Ensure the Emergency and Rescue Procedures are followed in the case of guest accidents or swimming difficulties.
確保能對意外事件傷害和緊急事件的救助，或對游泳困難者給予幫助。
l To be present at the pool area at all times. Not to leave the pool unattended at any time during operating hours.
確保游泳池區域始終有救生員在場，在營業時間決不能出現現場無人值班的現象。
崗位要求
- 熟悉游泳池，沙灘吧服務知識，掌握游泳和救生急救技術，懂得游泳衛生消毒知識；
- 有在水中進行急救和在陸地上進行人工救護的能力；
- 具有高度的安全意識和責任感，對會員安全負責；
- 熱愛酒店行業，有較強的服務意識，工作態度端正；
- 持有救生員證者優先考慮。
