崗位職責/職位描述
?Key Responsibilities 主要職責：

1.Assist the manager in arranging employees' job assignments and scheduling, follow up to check service processes, and ensure efficient operation.
協助經理安排員工崗位分工和排班，跟進檢查服務流程，確保高效運轉。
2.?Adhere to opening and closing procedures and specified billing procedures to ensure standardized and orderly operations.
遵守營業開始和結束程序，以及規定的結賬程序，保障運營規范有序。
3.Assist in developing departmental standards and procedures to promote salesmanship, beverage creativity and profit.
協助制定部門規范和程序，以促進銷售、飲品創新和利潤提升。
4.Assist in conducting effective shift briefings to ensure staff are aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials, etc., with emphasis on upselling certain products.
協助開展有效的交接班說明會，確保員工知曉重要客人、特殊活動、每日特價等信息，重點強調特定產品推銷。
