崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
Key Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)：
1. Ensure that employees in strict accordance with the"calling guest process"?for service.
確保員工嚴(yán)格按照”姓氏稱呼客人的流程”為每一位客人進(jìn)行服務(wù)。
2. Assist with menu and wine list creation.
協(xié)助菜單和酒水單的設(shè)計(jì)工作。
3. To arrange the employee post division of labor and scheduling, and follow up the check, ensure restaurant service process correctly and effectively.
安排員工崗位分工和排班，并跟進(jìn)檢查，確保餐廳服務(wù)流程正確、有效進(jìn)行。
4. Deal with irregular payments.
處理異常的付款情況。
5. Monitor daily banking and cash flow reports.
監(jiān)督每日備用金和流動(dòng)資金報(bào)告。
