崗位職責(zé)
按照酒店集團標準,在前廳部經(jīng)理領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,為客人及所有部門提供幫助,與酒店內(nèi)的其他部門合作,圍繞信任,廉政,尊重,團隊和服務(wù)五項核心價值,增強員工的工作氛圍,發(fā)揚團隊精神。
1.Directs, supervises and co-ordinates the activities of At Your Service Operator.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo),主管和協(xié)調(diào)接線房員工的日常工作。
2.Ensures the proper maintenance, repair and use of all Telephone Exchange equipment and facilities, including guest room telephones and paid telephones; initiates requisitions for necessary spare parts.
確保所有電話程控設(shè)備和設(shè)施的正常維護、維修和使用,包括客人房間電話和預(yù)付費電話,如有需要則采購其他必要部件。
3.Prepares and/or approves work schedules, requisition, etc. 準備和 / 或批準工作日程表,采購計劃,等等。
4.Sets-up office clerical systems, records and reports. Periodically arranges and publishes departmental telephone directory.
設(shè)定辦公文書系統(tǒng),記錄并作報告。周期性安排并公開部門電話目錄。
5.Conducts preliminary selection interviews of candidates for positions in his section taking into account standards of personnel quality of the Hotel.
對應(yīng)聘該部門的人員進行初步面試,對方必須符合酒店的標準。
6.Conducts orientation for new hires for his section advising them in writing of the standards against which performance of their subordinates will be evaluated.
對部門新員工的迎新培訓(xùn)并書面通知他們的表現(xiàn)將被評估。
7.Initiates Commendations and Misconduct Notices.
擬定獎勵表和不正當(dāng)行為通知。
8.Identifies training needs of subordinates of personnel within his section, specifically on efficiency and courtesy.
如有需要則進行部門內(nèi)部人員培訓(xùn),特別是在效率和禮貌方面。
9.Performs duties of At Your Service Operator when necessary.
需要時進行電話接線員的工作。
崗位要求
1.必須熟悉前臺的操作
2.氣質(zhì)良好,頭腦靈活,機智老練
3.口頭表達和書面表達能力良好
4.英語,中文
5.大學(xué)專科畢業(yè)以上或同等學(xué)歷
6.至少1年以上在國際標準酒店工作經(jīng)驗
