崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
崗位職責(zé):
Administers professional treatments such as body therapy, face therapy and Massage to guests. Actively possess excellent communication skills with guest providing treatment and products knowledge and up selling.
能為客人提供專業(yè)的全身護(hù)理，面部護(hù)理和按摩護(hù)理。主動(dòng)與客人溝通，向客人提供按摩和按摩產(chǎn)品的知識(shí)，推薦客人相關(guān)的按摩產(chǎn)品。
任職資格:
1. Ability to read, write and speak English in order to communicate efficiently with guests and team members.
具有基本的英語(yǔ)讀，寫，聽，說及理解能力，能跟客人和員工有良好的溝通。
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience or equivalent combination of experience.
至少2年在相關(guān)行業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. Massagist license.
有按摩師執(zhí)照。
4. Relevant knowledge of Fitness Center & Spa.
必要的健身& 水療的相關(guān)專業(yè)知識(shí)。
5. Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction. Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
在與客人的交往中能，為客人提供滿意的服務(wù)能面對(duì)大量工作時(shí)，能承受工作壓力，能處理緊急情況。
6. Must be physically fit and able to work long hours.
體格健康并能承受長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作。
