崗位職責/職位描述
Responsible for planning, directing, controlling and co-coordinating all activities of Food & Beverage personnel; for continuously improving food and beverage sales while keeping costs at a minimum; for ensuring that hotel standards of food and beverage preparation and service are maintained; for the operation, cleanliness and maintenance of food and beverage outlets. To ensure maintenance of quality standards, staff performance and customer satisfaction.
計劃組織，控制和協(xié)調餐飲部所有員工；在控制成本的同時，不斷促進餐飲銷售；確保高質量高標準的酒店 餐飲服務；維護餐飲部各餐廳的運作正常，干凈整潔。關注員工表現(xiàn)，確保令客人喜出望外。
任職資格:
1. Over 10 years of related working experience, minimum 6 years of management experience, preferred on a similar position within a similar quality hotel, In-depth knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector.
10 年以上相關工作經(jīng)驗，至少 6 年管理崗位經(jīng)驗，有同等質量酒店相似崗位工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮， 對酒店/休閑/服務行業(yè)有深入了解。
2. Excellent leadership skills and communication skills.
優(yōu)秀的領導能力與溝通技巧。
3. Possess strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability.
具有強大的商業(yè)頭腦，及提高盈利能力的經(jīng)驗。
4. Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized property.
具有在同等規(guī)模酒店管理預算，收入建議及預測結果的經(jīng)驗。
