崗位職責
1.參加部門例會，及時傳達上級指令，落實部門的工作安排和工作指令。
2.檢查辦公室與客房中心的安全防火設施，物品的合理放置及清潔衛生狀況，做好消防安全工作。
3.審核對客服務用品的項目和數量。
4.定期向部門填報工程報修項目反饋信息、每日出房量信息等統計資料。
5.完成客房中心每月盤點工作。
6.根據部門的統一安排，與洗衣房做好床罩、窗簾、薄床墊、毛毯等用品的周期性更換或清潔的聯絡工作。
7.督導客房中心工作，不斷與樓面交換信息，確保客房中心房態信息的正確，控制、檢查萬能鑰匙的發放與保管，保證客用品與各類物品的充足、合理備量，協調各方關系，保證客房工作的順利進行。
k任職要求
1.高中畢業學歷或同等以上文化程度。
2.有2年以上酒店客房樓層主管工作經驗優先考慮。
3.有良好的文字及語言表達能力，熟練使用電腦，能解決賓客提出的問題。
4.五官端正，形象氣質佳。
