崗位職責
1.實施工作標準和服務程序，督促員工嚴格履行其崗位職責。
2.根據(jù)營業(yè)情況，對服務員進行工作任務分配，確保提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務。
3.與賓客和廚房保持良好的工作關(guān)系，及時向經(jīng)理和廚師長反饋賓客對食品，服務方面的信息，不斷提高餐飲產(chǎn)品和服務的質(zhì)量。
4.了解客情，親自為重要賓客服務。
5.處理餐廳里發(fā)生的問題和賓客的意見，并及時向上級反饋。
6.定期檢查，盤點餐廳的設備、餐具、布草等物品。
任職資格
1.高中以上學歷或同等學歷。
2.有相關(guān)餐飲主管經(jīng)驗
3.英語口語良好、有高星級酒店相關(guān)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮
4.氣質(zhì)形象佳
語言能力：英語-良好
