Review arrival information on a daily basis; VIP, Regular guest, Groups, special requests, etc. Follow up with Housekeeping ,Room Service and other concerned departments.
上崗前查看當天抵店客人信息,包括貴賓,團隊預訂及其它相關的特殊要求。及時將相關信息通知客房部和送餐部及其它相關部門。

Responsible for correct registration procedure; registration card, room allocation, credit policy, etc.
負責正確使用登記程序、填寫登記卡、房間分配、信用卡使用條例等。

Maintain good working relations with all departments, especially Housekeeping and Reservations. Checks discrepancies and out-of-order rooms, to ensure correct room status at all times.

Maintain safety by adhering to safest policies, being responsible to report all accidents immediately. Support all safety programs. Proceed with caution when walking on slippery floors.
Ensure proper safety instructions are given before operating any equipment.
