Ensure consistency in high standards in service, food and beverage quality. Oversee the daily operations of the Lobby Lounge to ensure a positive environment for both guests and fellow employees. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards, local policies and procedures.

Oversee the Implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual

Adhere to opening and closing procedures

Adhere to bill paying procedures

Liaise with Sales Manager during tender process to obtain new accounts; Food and Beverage specific

Manage customer database and utilize effectively

Work closely with the Food and Beverage Loyalty Manager to promote Hotel Loyalty and VIP Programs

Ensure all special requests are accommodated while abiding to hotels’ policies
