食品衛生兼收貨員
? Assist in the implementation of the hotel‘s food safety management system.

Strictly check the quantity, specifications and quality of all supplies (including food, beverages, office supplies, engineering materials, linen, etc.) according to hotel purchase orders and delivery notes, and prevent unqualified or inconsistent items from being stored.嚴格按照酒店采購訂單、送貨單,對各類物資(食品、酒水、辦公用品、工程物料、布草等)進行數量清點、規格核對與質量驗收,杜絕不合格、與訂單不符物資入庫。
? When inspecting fresh and catering raw materials, check the shelf life, freshness and hygiene conditions; resolutely reject items that do not meet food safety standards and report promptly.
驗收生鮮、餐飲原材料時,檢查保質期、新鮮度、衛生狀況,不符合食品安全標準的堅決拒收并及時上報。
? Accurately fill in receiving slips and inspection reports, verify supplier and item information, ensure documents are true, complete and legible, and circulate them to the finance department, warehouse and user departments as required.
準確填寫收貨單、驗收報告,核對供應商信息、貨品信息,確保單據真實、完整、清晰,按規定流轉至財務、倉庫及使用部門。
維護收貨區域環境衛生與收貨設備正常使用,發現物資短缺、破損、質量問題及時向采購部、直屬上級匯報
