工作內容】
1.? ?無論在酒店任何區域,面對客人有禮貌,打招呼和介紹自己和同事。
2.? ?掌握所負責樓層的住客狀況，提供對客服務，合理為客人解決問題。
3.? ?負責對結帳房間的查房工作。
4.? ?懂得使用清潔工具及清潔劑，負責酒店公共區域、房間衛生的清潔工作。
5.? ?負責收送賓客洗衣，補充客用品、小冰箱酒水，并按標準和程序放房。
6.? ?負責客房杯具的清潔與消毒，布草的收集、更換與擺放。
7.? ?管理好定額物品，控制客用品消耗，做好廢品回收。
8.? ?完成易耗品的盤點工作，保持倉庫整潔、合理擺放物品。
9.? ?向上級報告發現的特殊情況、設施維修情況，失物或損壞情況，向前臺報告房間物品損失，并填寫交班記錄。
