崗位職責/職位描述MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 責任概要 :
-Supervisor’s main function is to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, achieved through his/her ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on associate satisfaction and delivery of prompt, courteous service. The team leader is accountable for sales and profit in his/her area.
-主管的主要職責是滿足客人的需求。發展自身潛力。開展團隊協作，注重同伴的感受。提供客人及時，禮貌的服務。負責所工作區域內的銷售指標，為部門獲取利潤。
JOB SPECIFICATION職位要求 :
-Minimum of two years of food service or related hospitality management experience
