崗位職責/職位描述
MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 責任概要 :
Participates in sales activities and events and assists Sales Manager in successful achievement of budget in forecast room revenues in accommodation and other revenue generation areas.
參與銷售工作和活動來協助銷售經理成功的完成客房收入和其它創收方面的預算。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務 :
1. Assists in producing the Annual Revenue Plan.
協助制定年度收入計劃。
2. Monitors competitors activities and assists in marketing intelligence.
監督競爭對手的活動并協助監察市場動態。
3. Refers sales leads to appropriate personnel within the Marriott Hotels Group.
將銷售線索提供給其它Marriott酒店適合的人員。
4. With Sales Manager plan sales strategy and implement tactics to achieve budget.
與銷售經理一起計劃并執行銷售策略,完成預算。
5. Sell all facets of the hotel and cross sell other Marriott Hotels Group properties.
銷售酒店的所有設施,并跨酒店銷售其它萬豪酒店。
6. Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans.
通過制定和執行工作方案來開發新業務客戶,維護現有業務客戶。
7. Convert sales leads.
轉化銷售線索。
8. Handle accounts/prospects jointly with senior positions.
與高職位員工一起處理客戶或潛在客戶的業務。
9. Solicit and close business according to established parameters.
根據建立起來的監測數據接收和拒絕業務。
10. Conduct familiarization and site inspection.
執行客人現場考察活動。
11. Maintain a regular sales call pattern.
保持定期的電話銷售模式。
12. Monitor competitive set and communicate tactical changes to Manager
監測同檔次酒店并與經理就策略的更改進行交流。
13. Attend regular meetings.
參加例會。
14. Entertain prospects and existing key accounts with the view to sustain business and generate further sales.
招待潛在客戶和現有重要客戶以獲得業務和創造更多銷售額。
15. Report as required on sales activities and successes.
按要求匯報銷售工作和戰績。
16. Participate in conducting client interviews.
參加客戶拜訪。
17. Maintain regular contract with the Marriott group regional network of hotels and reservation center.
與所在區域內的萬豪酒店集團成員和區域預訂辦公室保持定期聯系。
18. Build profile in market place.
在市場上創造聲譽。
19. Assist Sales Manager with collateral distribution and direct mail campaigns.
協助銷售經理分發宣傳品和直郵廣告。
20. Develop and maintain contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners,
visitors/Convention Bureau travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel Business.
與業務供應方,會展策劃人,游客或會展旅行代理,旅行社,航空公司,公司,政府部門及其它與酒店業務密切相關方建立和保持聯系。
21. Work in line with business requirements
依照業務需求開展工作。
22. Maintains the highest standard of personal professional image, conduct, knowledge and skills related to the job responsibility.
維護專業個人形象。
23. Maintains professional business confidentiality.
保護商業機密。
24. Performs any other duty as assigned by the Department manager.
