- Keep raising trend of hotel Owned channels segmentrevenue, and maintain good relationship with partners, and develop new partnersof the segment.
- 負責自有渠道市場份額的增長和維護，維持酒店在市場現有客戶和開發新業務。
- Renew all related sales statistics and actionplan, based on budget, cost and ROI.
- 全面更新所有相關的銷售數據和銷售行動計劃，同時考慮預期預算，銷售成本和投資回報率分析。
- Have insight of current and potential markettrend, integrate all marketing plan to increase business and raise income
- 洞悉當前和潛在的市場/趨勢，協調所有活動，通過增加業務量和增長率來維持和增加收益。
- Have knowledge of competitors and theirbusiness trend, know development directions of cooperative partners. Andoptimize products based on it.

- Develop new product and improve customerservice by closely cooperation with Products and Sales Team.
