崗位職責/職位描述
1.?Prepare in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service.
?提前準備服務需要的食物、飲料、材料和設備。
2.Cook and serve dishes according to the restaurant’s menu.
根據餐廳菜單烹飪菜肴。
3.Provide direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards.
為廚房幫手提供指引,包括廚工、廚師、廚房服務員、管事員。
4. Clean and re-set their working area. ?
清潔、重新布置工作區域。
5.In absence of Manager, conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.?
當廚師長不在的時候,進行輪班簡會,確保了解酒店的活動及運營要求。
5.Work with Superior and Human Resources?Manager to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive.
與上級、人力資源部經理一同確保部門員工的表現是具有效率的。
6.?Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and?procedures and maintain a record of progress for each staff member.
根據部門標準及程序,進行在職培訓,為每一位員工記錄進步的情況。
7.Work with superior in the preparation and management of the department’s budget and be aware of financial targets.
與上級一同制定、管理部門的預算并了解財務目標。
