1.?Plans salestrips, under the direct approval of Director of Sales & Marketing Development to major market areas, calling on accountswithin the specific market areas. Reports on potential markets needing coverage
在市場銷售總監的批準下，對主要市場制定銷售拜訪計劃，對一些特別地區的市場進行電話銷售，匯報潛在市場客戶的需求范圍。
2.?Liaisesclosely with Sales Team in proposing the best deal when handling leads / inquiries passed over, in order to convert theleads / inquiries to confirmed events.
與銷售團隊保持緊密聯系，在處理潛在客戶/咨詢時提出最優惠的交易建議，以便將潛在客戶/咨詢轉化為已確認的活動。
3.?Ensure effective communication with customers.
確保與客戶保持有效的溝通。
4.?Responsible toassist the dissemination of event related information to other departments.
負責協助將團隊所有相關信息分發至酒店各部門。
5.?Assist to maintainsclose co-ordination with respective departments on organisers' requirements.
