·?????????? Sell to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
根據(jù)在銷售策略中既定目標(biāo)，向新的、現(xiàn)有的、有可能的客戶進(jìn)行銷售，并與其談判商定最適合的價格以爭取最大的利潤。
·?????????? Serve existing customers through management of account bases.
通過客戶管理，向現(xiàn)有的客戶提供服務(wù)。
·?????????? Sell all facets and products of the hotel.
銷售酒店的所有設(shè)施和產(chǎn)品。
·?????????? Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market.

Create both new and repeated business for the hotel by maintaining connections with airlines, travel agencies, corporate, OTA, meeting and exhibition organizer, government and professional associations within local, domestic and international markets. Staying connected with planners, corporate accounts, incentive buyers, airlines and wholesalers, through personal sales calls, telephone contacts and written communications.
與當(dāng)?shù)貒鴥?nèi)的和國際市場上的航空公司、旅行社、公司、網(wǎng)絡(luò)第三方、會議及展會組織者，政府和行業(yè)協(xié)會保持良好聯(lián)系，以發(fā)展新客戶及維護(hù)已有客戶。通過個人銷售拜訪、電話和郵件交流等與策劃者、企業(yè)客戶、航空公司、批發(fā)商等保持聯(lián)系。
