This role is part of the Learning Experience (LX) team and reports to the Director, Learning APAC. It plays a key role in supporting the delivery of both instructor-led and virtual instructor-led programs across enterprise, brand, and sales learning initiatives for Hilton hotel leaders regardless of management type. Key responsibilities include the coordination and logistical support of learning programs, as well as providing administrative and production support to ensure smooth execution. The role also manages the Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technology platforms, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for Hilton Team Members.

What will I be doing?
As the Associate Learning Experience APAC, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

? Provide producer support for instructor-led training sessions, using learning delivery platforms.
? Enhance the learner’s experience and support the facilitator by managing the technical requirements during virtual sessions.
? Coordinate and support multiple learning / talent programs and initiatives across multiple teams and destinations.
? Coordinating logistics, scheduling, and organization of the GCM HGI GM Bootcamp to ensure smooth registration, clear communication, and a positive experience for both participants and trainers.
? Develop proficiency in our Learning Management System and other learning technology platforms, be able to use these systems effectively and enable optimal user experience for all instructor-led and virtual training programs.
? Work with the Learning Enablement Technology team in handling and problem-solving cases for our Team Members using Service Now.
? Opportunities will be provided to facilitate some programs, such as Orientation or Virtual Classroom Sessions, and will be given the opportunity to develop their presentation and delivery skills.
? Performing other activities, as requested.

? Bachelor’s Degree
? Regional or global work experience
? Minimum of one (1) year experience in event planning or logistics.
? Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
? Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including the ability to understand, create, and manipulate basic presentations, spreadsheets, and documents.
? An excellent team player who can work independently.
? Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to execute tasks with accuracy and quality.
? Deliver a high degree of customer service in communication with internal and external customers (including participants, facilitators, and client partners).
? Possess strong written communication skills to produce professional learning events, accessible for all levels of the organization.
? Be well organized and able to work on a wide variety of tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
? Able to travel to hotels and stay overnight to attend and conduct presentations and learning events.
