1、查看交班記錄,了解上一班的移交事項,并負責(zé)處理;
Review the shift handover records, understand the matters transferred from the previous shift, and be responsible for handling them.
2、熟悉預(yù)訂資料,了解客情,尤其要記住即將來電的貴賓、常客的姓名,了解酒店的所有活動;
?Be familiar with the reservation information, understand the guests' situation, especially remember the names of the VIPs and regulars who are about to call, and be aware of all the hotel's activities.
3、熟悉酒店有關(guān)客房銷售的各項政策,向來店賓客推銷客房,努力爭取滿意的經(jīng)濟效益;
Be familiar with all the policies of the hotel regarding room sales, promote rooms to guests visiting the hotel, and strive to achieve the best economic benefits.
4、熟練總臺各項專業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)和技能,搞好對客服務(wù);
Be proficient in all professional business and skills at the front desk and provide good customer service.
5、熟練掌握店內(nèi)信息,提供準確的問訊服務(wù);
?Proficient in in-store information and provide accurate inquiry services;
6、負責(zé)為下榻酒店的賓客辦理入住登記手續(xù);
Be responsible for handling the check-in procedures for guests staying at the hotel.
7、負責(zé)客房鑰匙的管理和發(fā)放工作并嚴格遵守驗證制度;
Be responsible for the management and distribution of guest room keys and strictly abide by the verification system.
8、制作有關(guān)報表,為其它部門提供準確的接待信息。
Prepare relevant reports to provide accurate reception information for other departments.
