崗位職責/職位描述

1、查看交班記錄,了解上一班的移交事項,并負責處理;

Review the shift handover records, understand the matters transferred from the previous shift, and be responsible for handling them.

2、熟悉預訂資料,了解客情,尤其要記住即將來電的貴賓、常客的姓名,了解酒店的所有活動;

3、熟悉酒店有關客房銷售的各項政策,向來店賓客推銷客房,努力爭取滿意的經濟效益;

4、熟練總臺各項專業業務和技能,搞好對客服務;

6、負責為下榻酒店的賓客辦理入住登記手續;
