1.??協助確保餐飲部運作符合其酒店策略,適當執行酒店規章。
Assists toensure that the Food and Beverage activities are aligned with the respectiveCorporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented whereappropriate.
2.監督部門營運手冊的準備和更新的工作。
Oversees thepreparation and update of individual Departmental Operations Manuals.

Conductsregular divisional communications meetings and ensure that departmentalbriefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
4.確保所有員工遵循品牌承諾并始終提供優異的對客服務。
Ensures that allemployees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service atall times.
5.?確保員工在適當的時候為其他部門的內部客人提供優質服務。
