1.全面負責酒店會議,宴會,團隊業務銷售管理,制定銷售策略與業績目標,提升會議營收與市場占有率;
Overall responsible for the sales management of hotel conferences, banquets, and team business, formulating sales strategies and performance targets, and increasing conference revenue and market share.
2.拓展核心渠道,維護大客戶關系,主導商務談判與簽約,建立長期合作;
Expand core channels, maintain relationships with major clients, lead business negotiations and signing, and establish long-term cooperation.
3.調研市場動態,競品價格與場地優勢,定期輸出分析報告,優化銷售方案,定價策略與推廣計劃;
Research market trends, competitor prices and venue advantages, regularly output analysis reports, optimize sales plans, pricing strategies and promotion plans.
4.管控銷售預算,審核報價,合同與回款,把控業務風險;定期復盤業績數據,調整銷售動作;
Control sales budgets, review quotations, contracts and collections, and control business risks; regularly review performance data and adjust sales actions.
5.策劃執行會議主題營銷活動,聯動線上線下渠道推廣,提升酒店會議品牌影響。
Plan and execute conference-themed marketing activities, link online and offline channels for promotion, and enhance the brand influence of the hotel conference.
職位要求:
Requirements:
1.有5年以上星級酒店/高端會議中心會議銷售經驗,熟悉MICE市場運作;
5 years or more of conference sales experience in star hotels/high-end conference centers, familiar with MICE market operations.
?2.具備豐富企業,協會等大客戶資源,有大型會議操盤與簽約成功案例;
Have rich resources of enterprises, associations, etc., and successful cases of large-scale conference operation and signings.
3.精通商務談判,客戶開發,團隊管理,具備強目標感,抗壓能力與統籌協調能力。
Proficient in business negotiations, customer development, team management, with strong goal orientation, stress resistance and overall coordination ability.
