崗位職責(zé)/職位描述

1.在廚師長(zhǎng)的協(xié)助下為員工準(zhǔn)備并進(jìn)行相關(guān)培訓(xùn)以維持廚房及酒店水準(zhǔn)。

Under the assistance of the chef, prepare and conduct relevant training for the staff to maintain the standards of the kitchen and the hotel.

2.履行職責(zé)并根據(jù)每日營(yíng)運(yùn)要求為點(diǎn)餐服務(wù)以及特殊促銷活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)所有廚房烹飪之菜品及擺盤(pán)。

Fulfill duties and design all kitchen dishes and plating for ordering services and special promotional activities based on daily operational requirements.

3.協(xié)助廚師長(zhǎng)監(jiān)督所有菜品及擺盤(pán)的質(zhì)量與持續(xù)性（質(zhì)量控制）。

?Assist the chef in supervising the quality and consistency of all dishes and their presentation (quality control).

4.能夠在相關(guān)區(qū)域操作指定的廚房設(shè)備。

Be capable of operating the designated kitchen equipment in the relevant area.

5.保證廚房區(qū)域包括倉(cāng)庫(kù)、冷房、冷凍室、干貨庫(kù)干凈、整潔并做到衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Ensure that the kitchen area, including the warehouse, cold storage, freezer and dry goods storage, is clean, tidy and meets hygiene standards.
