QUALIFICATION 任職資格:
* Technical secondary school or above.
中專以上學歷。
* At least has 3 years kitchen experience in 5 star Hotel at supervisor level.
3年以上五星級酒店本崗位的工作經歷。
* Have a good knowledge of cuisine to carry out the duties and responsibilities for the position in an efficient and productive manner.
具備有與本職位相配的專業知識,高效率,高質量完成本職工作。
*?Access and use Food & Beverage computer programs.
熟練掌握并使用餐飲電腦系統。
* Be able to supervise and manage a shift.
能夠指導和管理小組工作。
* Must possess the necessary skills to be able to work hands on, and provide on the job training to associates to meet the set standards.
能夠完善有必要的工作技巧,提供工作方面知識培訓,并幫助員工達到標準。
JOB DESCRIPTION 職位說明:
*?Master the daily production plan of the stall.掌握所在檔口的日常生產計劃。
*?Daily check the preparation work before meals, such as condiments, kitchenware, do half of the processing work, according to the standard.
每日檢查開餐前的各項準備工作,如:調味品、廚具、做好半成的加工工作,按標準出品。
*?Check daily kitchen equipment for use.
檢查每日廚房設備以便使用。
*?Strictly control the quality of dishes, strictly prohibit the production of unqualified dishes, reject the processing of food with quality problems, urge to improve the semi-finished products to ensure the quality of production.
嚴格把關菜肴的質量,嚴禁出品不合格的菜肴,拒絕加工質量有問題的食品,督促改刀對半成品要精益求精,保證出品質量。
*?Be familiar with the amount, collocation and seasonings of each dish to create more space and profit for the company.
熟悉每份菜肴的份量、搭配、調料,為公司創造更大的空間和利潤。
*?Find out the reason of returning dishes in time and strengthen the analysis.
及時找出客人退回菜肴的原因,并加強分析。
