崗位職責/職位描述
Main Duties?/主要職責
1.?Cleans and maintains guest rooms, guest corridors, linen rooms and cupboards according to set standards and procedures
按照既定標準和工作程序，對客房、走廊、布草房和餐具柜進行清潔。
2.?Replenishes guest supplies
補充客用品。
3.?Ensures guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met
及時、禮貌的完成上級指定的對客服務并滿足客人的要求。
4.?Reports damage or malfunction in Resort ?rooms to superior
向上級匯報度假村客房內的損壞或故障情況。?
5.?Maintains equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair
保證設備的清潔和修繕。
6.?Maintains a section room report
完成區域客房報告。
7.?Maintains a daily room checklist
完成每日客房檢查工作單。
8.?Meets with superior and takes on daily assigned tasks
與上級會面并承擔每日分配的任務。
9.?Reports and submits lost and found articles to superior immediately
及時向上級匯報和上交與客人遺失物品。
10.???Report guest complaints to superior immediately
及時向上級匯報客人的投訴。
11.??Reports unusual behavior/activities on floors to supervisor
向上級匯報樓層里的反常行為和活動。
12.???Records room status in allocated section accurately
準確記錄在劃定的區域內的房間情況。
13.??Complies with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policy
遵守度假村的健康、安全和衛生政策。
14.??Adheres to personal grooming and hygiene standards
保持個人儀容和衛生標準。
15.?Attends meetings and training sessions as required
按要求參加會議和培訓活動。
Qualification: 任職要求
1.?Some housekeeping experience.
擁有一些客房工作經驗
2.?School ?diploma.
初中學歷
3.?Good communication.
具備良好的溝通。
