崗位職責：
1.Conducts routine property inspections as directed to determine maintenance requirements or upgrades and improvements to the property and its assets.
進行設備設施的日常檢查, 決定對資產的維修需求升級和提高
2.Responsible for ensuring that all rules and regulations regarding safe working practices are complied with
負責確保安全操作的規章制度落到實處.
3.Handles specific job requests as directed in an efficient and timely manner
用有效和及時的方式, 有引導地處理具體的工作要求.
4.Participates in preventative maintenance programs as directed
有引導地參與預防性維護程序.
5.Assigns specific tasks and job requests to subordinate staff and supervises their day to day activity
委派具體的任務和工作要求給下屬員工, 并監督他們每天的行動.
6.Co-ordinates with Department Heads regarding specific maintenance activities
和部門領導協調關于具體的維修事宜.
7.Reports any abnormal or extraordinary incidents to the Chief Engineer for his action and follow up
向總工程師匯報異常的或特別的事件, 以便其行動和跟進.
8.Assists in the maintenance of efficient administration preparing and submitting reports on time as directed
協助有效的維修管理, 準時準備并遞交報告.
9.Checks and maintains the hotel all engineering systems to ensure they are functioning properly
檢查并保持酒店所有工程系統. 以確保其運行良好.
10.Ensures that the plant room, work shop and related areas, and tools and equipment are kept in a clean and tidy manner

11.Liaises with the Chief Engineer to order specific spare parts or equipment necessary to execute effective maintenance

12.Co-ordinates with fellow duty engineers regarding engineering work in progress

13.Coaches, disciplines and develops subordinate employees
