MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 責任概要 :
1 Directly responsible for the restaurant area,ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of thehotel.

ADMINISTRATIVE 管理:
1. Be responsible for all accounting and billingprocedures in the outlets.
負責部門的財務和支出費用。
2. Be responsible for the accurate supervision of theassociate time control and payroll systems by working with Accounting and HRD.
與財務和人力資源主管協作,共同負責員工的工作時間和工資系統的管理。
3. Periodically plan outside associates activity topromote teamwork.

MARKETING營銷:
1. Be aware of all Marriott Guest Incentive programs and the correctaccounting procedures pertaining to them.

2. Develop & execute plans and actions for the marketing of the outlet.

OPERATIONS工作范圍:
1. Preparation of the yearly department budget by using history & forecastingtechniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the achievablecapabilities.

2. Accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing &food production. 準確的預測未來的商業需求,保證充足的人員配備和食品。
3. To ensure the efficient scheduling of management& associates.

4. To ensure the awareness & enforcement of allMarriott S.O.P.’s & Property L.S.O.P.’s.

5. Enforce operational Standards that are periodicallyreviewed & updated.

6. Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards atall times.

7. Enforce Marriott’s 39-point sanitation checklist by having all outletsinspected on a monthly basis.

8. Be responsible for asset management of all outlet property &facilities.

9. Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
