工作職責:
? Monitors Housekeeping personnel to ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service

? Monitor Housekeeping personnel to ensure rooms, and particularly those of priority members, known repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special attention

? Responsible for the cleanliness, orderliness, sanitary conditions and maintenance of all public area throughout the hotel under his / her jurisdiction.

? Inspect daily all Executive Offices. Food and Beverage outlets / restaurants, conference rooms, banquet halls, public restrooms and toilets, back of the house offices, shopping arcade, lobby and other areas of responsibility.

? Orient and train new employees. Conduct continuous training and retraining n and on-the –job training to subordinates according to approved systems and procedures.

? Train staff on proper handing and use of equipment and cleaning supplies.

? Inspects guest rooms in all Housekeeping areas on a regular basis to ensure furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair, well maintained and replaced / refurbished as required
