§??根據(jù)凱悅會議宴會標(biāo)準(zhǔn)回答所有電話詢問、處理電郵詢問、準(zhǔn)備提案和合同、主持酒店參觀活動、策劃會議宴會、創(chuàng)建會議宴會確認(rèn)單、執(zhí)行并跟蹤會議宴會。

To follow all HyattEvents Standards for answering phone enquiries, handling email enquiries,preparing proposals and contracts, conducting Hotel Tours, planning Events,creating Event Confirmations, Event execution and Event follow-up.

§??充分、正確地使用Delphi。

To fully andcorrectly use Delphi .

§??根據(jù)凱悅的政策和程序維護酒店全部銷售協(xié)議、合同和報價的完整記錄。

To maintain completerecords of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel as perHyatt’s Policies & Procedures.

§? 與會議宴會銷售團隊一起，負(fù)責(zé)將所有電話詢價轉(zhuǎn)變成直接收入。

Together with yourEvent Sales Team, to be primarily responsible for converting all incomingleads.

§? 回答所有來電詢問，并在收到電子郵件的兩小時內(nèi)確認(rèn)該電郵詢問。

To answer incomingtelephone enquiries and acknowledge emailed enquiries within two hours ofreceipt

§? 如果需要，處理緊急的電話詢價，轉(zhuǎn)換為會議宴會當(dāng)天的直接收入。
