崗位職責(zé) Job Responsibilities
1. Ensures that all food prepared and served during the shift is in accord with Marriott standard.
確保所有食物在準(zhǔn)備和制作期間符合所定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2. Checks daily cooking, preparation of all food.
檢查每日的所有食物。
3. Prepares food requisitions, inter kitchen's transfers and checks the quality and quantity of food received from the food store and other sub-departments.
準(zhǔn)備食物的請(qǐng)購單,檢查廚房內(nèi)部調(diào)撥,核對(duì)數(shù)量和質(zhì)量。
4. Makes sure that all machines, furniture, equipment, and utensils are clean and in working conditions.
確保所有的機(jī)器設(shè)備及器具的清潔,并能正常工作。
5. Guides and trains the kitchen's personnel as instructed by Chef de Cuisine.
協(xié)助廚師長指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)廚房人員的工作。
6. Performs duties common to all supervisors and other duties assigned by Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine.
履行行政總廚或廚師長指派的其他職責(zé)。
崗位要求 Job Requirement
1. Minimum 4 years’ Pastry experience
至少4年以上餅房工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2. Strong organization skills excellent pastry skills;
很好的組織技巧及出色的餅房技巧。
3. Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
全面的食品加工及衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)知識(shí)。
4. Strong associates relation skills and conflict management skills, and also effective decision making skills
強(qiáng)大的處理員工關(guān)系沖突管理技巧,有效的決策力。
