1. Ensures that all food prepared and served during the shift is in accord with Marriott standard.
確保所有食物在準備和制作期間符合所定的標準。
2. Prepares and serves all of foods.
食品的加工準備和出品工作。
3. Controls cost by minimising spoilage, waste, and exercising portion control.
控制成本,盡量減少腐敗,浪費,并行使部分管制。
4. Handles machines, furniture, equipment, and utensils in the proper way and cleans them after use.
確保所有的機器設備及器具的清潔,并能在正常工作后及時清理。
5. Cleans refrigerators and worktables and ensures that the working area is clean at all times.
在任何時候都要清除冰箱和工作臺,并確保工作區是清潔的。
6. Follows established procedures and perform special duties as may be assigned by supervisors.
