MAJOR FUNCTIONS責(zé)任概要 :

Manage the assigned account base and solicit new businesses aim to generate revenue through servicing the customers using the Marriott Sales Process.
管理已經(jīng)簽協(xié)議的客戶,開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶以通過(guò)使用萬(wàn)豪銷(xiāo)售步驟服務(wù)客戶來(lái)提高利潤(rùn)。
MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 主要職責(zé) :
Conduct sales activities and service customers including meeting with customers, handling customer enquires, preparing business proposals and maintaining a good database and keeping record of all customer contacts, sales calls and business deals.
進(jìn)行銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng)和客戶服務(wù),包括與客戶見(jiàn)面,處理客戶咨詢,準(zhǔn)備商務(wù)計(jì)劃書(shū),保存客戶資料,記錄所有與客戶的聯(lián)系,銷(xiāo)售拜訪和商務(wù)活動(dòng)。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務(wù) :
1. Conduct Sales Activities進(jìn)行銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng)
a. Meet with customers regularly, handling proactive sales calls and reactive sales leads.
經(jīng)常與客戶見(jiàn)面,進(jìn)行主動(dòng)的銷(xiāo)售拜訪和團(tuán)隊(duì)銷(xiāo)售。
b. Set up personal plans for sales activities including number of calls, call objectives and what accounts to call on.
為銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng)建立個(gè)人計(jì)劃,包括拜訪數(shù)量,拜訪目的以及拜訪客戶。
c. Ensure all enquires are handled promptly and efficiently.
確保適當(dāng)有效及時(shí)的處理所有咨詢。
d. Meet with in-house guests to build relationship and to obtain guest comments.
與住店的客戶見(jiàn)面以建立關(guān)系并且得到客人的評(píng)價(jià)。
e. Meet with key banquet customers to build relationship.
與主要宴會(huì)客戶見(jiàn)面并建立友好關(guān)系。
f. Be proactive in obtaining sales leads from various sources such as newspaper, internet, TV etc.
主動(dòng)從各種資源例如報(bào)紙,網(wǎng)絡(luò)和電視上取得團(tuán)隊(duì)。
g. Actively share information on guest comments, both positive and negative.
積極的與整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)分享客戶反饋的正面和負(fù)面的評(píng)論。
h. Assist in organizing and participate in all customer events.
協(xié)助組織和參與所有客戶的重要會(huì)議活動(dòng)。
2. Account Management客戶管理
a. To input information related to all accounts into Opera S&C.
把所有與客戶相關(guān)的信息輸入銷(xiāo)售和宴會(huì)系統(tǒng)。
b. Manage the Opera S&C database and ensure all information in the system is up to date.
管理銷(xiāo)售和宴會(huì)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)資料,確保系統(tǒng)里的所有資料及時(shí)更新。
c. Responsible for setting up plans and actions for each account.
負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)所有簽協(xié)議的客戶制定計(jì)劃和行動(dòng)。
d. Participate in account review and account audit to ensure that all relevant information is obtained for each of the accounts.
參與客戶回顧和查核,確保取得每個(gè)客戶的所有相關(guān)資料。
e. Prepare Sales Call Reports to record all information on daily sales ac
