MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES工作職責:
1. Responsible for the cleanliness of assigned guest rooms and service areas.
負責所分配的客房和服務區域的整潔。
2. Respect guest privacy when room is on “Do not disturb” status.
當客房處于”請勿打擾”狀態時,尊重客人的隱私。
3. Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests request.
盡可能地為客人提供幫助,響應客人的要求。
4. Cleans and maintenance guest rooms according to standards and procedures.
按照程序和標準清潔和保養客房。
5. Ensure master keys are kept secure at all times .
隨時保證萬能鑰匙的安全。
6. Keep trolley neat and adequately supplied.
保持工作車的整潔和充分的補給。
7. Maintain all equipment in good working condition.
維持所有的設備處于良好的工作狀態。
8. Keep Work room neat and in good order.
保持工作間的整潔和井井有條。
9. Report any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixture or equipment to the Floor Shift leader.
向樓層主管匯報有關于任何布草, 家具, 固定物或裝置的丟失或損害。
10. Report maintenance deficiencies to the Floor Shift leader .
向客房主管報告養護的不足。
11. Report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
按時穿戴正確的制服和名牌。
12. Provide a courteous and professional service at all times .
隨時提供有禮貌的和專業的服務。
13. Maintain good working relationships with own associates and all other departments.
與本部門和其它部門的同事保持良好的工作關系。
14. Does turndown service when required.
需要時提供開夜床服務。
15. Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
確保滿足客人的需要和合理的要求。
16. Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service.
尋找機會不斷地改善服務質量。
17. Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
采取恰當的方式解決客人的投訴。
18. Clean and service assigned guest rooms and corridors to the highest standards Possible.
確保對所指定的客房及走廊的提供最高標準清潔及服務。
19. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests .
保持高水平的產品和服務的知識,以便為客人解釋服務和便利設施并將這些服務和便利設施銷售出去。
20. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures .
堅持酒店安全制度、緊急情況處理制度和程序。
21. Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs.
堅持酒店的清潔和養護。
22. Honesty and trustworthiness, promptly report any items left by customers and hand them over to the clerk.
誠實守信,發現客人遺留物品及時報告并交給文員。
23. Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors.
