崗位職責(zé)/職位描述

Basic Function基本職責(zé)

According to the requirements of the meeting organizers, be responsible for meeting reception arrangements, complete the reception task, and collect guests’ comments, feedback valid opinions and data timely.

按照會(huì)議承辦方要求做好會(huì)議接待的工作安排，完成接待任務(wù)，收集賓客意見，及時(shí)反饋有效意見及數(shù)據(jù)。

Job Specification工作要求

1. College or above, with ambition and sense of responsibility, noble occupational ethics, good discipline.

大專以上學(xué)歷，具有事業(yè)心和責(zé)任感，高尚的職業(yè)道德，良好的紀(jì)律修養(yǎng)。

2. More than 2 years catering sales experience, with knowledge of Catering management, marketing and so on, junior English level.

有2年以上宴會(huì)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有餐飲管理、市場營銷學(xué)等方面知識(shí)，初級英語水平。

3. Grasp the standards and requirements of restaurant service, understand the banquet, conference service procedures, and be good at dealing with the actual problems of all kinds of guests.

掌握餐廳服務(wù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求，了解宴會(huì)、會(huì)議服務(wù)程序，善于處理客人的實(shí)際問題。

4. With strong language skills.
